Start with the current documentation index, root AGENTS.md, and the owning repository's skills, source and tests. Approval of a product decision is not revoked merely because its old report is archived; verify present authority.

Each former Markdown path is a pointer to its archived copy, preserving links from tickets and other handoffs. Current plans and unresolved provider gates remain at their original paths with status notices.
